Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage multiple gutter installation projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure project timelines are met.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and quality of work.
- Prepare project estimates and manage budgets effectively.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular updates to clients on project status and timelines.
- Foster a positive working environment and lead by example within the team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management within the construction or home improvement industry.
- Strong understanding of gutter systems and installation processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
