Solutionist (Consultative Sales) – West Michigan

The Mission
As a Solutionist, you are the face of our company. You’ll ditch the "sales pitch" in favor of a diagnostic approach—identifying problems, educating homeowners on the why behind our systems, and designing custom solutions that protect their most valuable investment.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct on-site inspections and provide educational, solution-based estimates.
- Manage a pipeline with high-level organization and prompt follow-through.
- Develop and nurture a network of referral partners across West Michigan.
- Represent a nationwide brand with local, family-oriented service values.
Flexible work from home options available.
Compensation: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
