National Home Improvement Franchise is opening a local start-up location, and looking for ambitious, hard-working, physically fit installers to join our team on the ground floor.
Ideal candidate will have a great sense of humor, enjoy working independently in small teams, feel a sense of ownership and collaboration and strive for excellence on the job and in their personal life.
We work outdoors but that doesn't mean its dirty work. We are technicians and craftspeople who bring our best every day to delight our customers and our team through dedication to self-improvement and a rigorous process that includes monthly book report presentations that will help you grow personally and professionally.
The top candidates' hard work will be rewarded by following our "Skills Ladder" which lays out the steps to promotions and raises. Field Supervisor, which can be attained in 2 years, will earn $70,000+ per year.

Compensation: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour
The Brothers that just do Gutters are a full-service rain gutter and gutter guard franchise. We repair, install, and maintain Seamless Gutters, Gutter Guard, Specialty Gutters and many other services. The Brothers currently have other franchise locations in NJ, VA, PA, WA, and FL.
